- The DWPC 800 Thermal Control Unit can be installed as an electric only application as well as a dual fuel installation on a central heating system.
- It has been designed to work with up to 800W elements and has an IPX4 rating.
- The unit is 85 mm square in size and is designed to fit existing single back boxes.
- The Power On/Off Button activates the unit. Every press of the upper ( + ) Output control button illuminates 1 of the 5 LED lights, increasing the output and the left side ( - ) decreases in the same manner.
- 1 LED = 40 % power
- 2 LEDs = 55% power
- 3 LEDs = 70% power
- 4 LEDs = 85% power
- 5 LEDs = 100% power
- The Eco button switches the unit to a higher power setting for 30 minutes (to heat the towel rail) the power level can be set in the first 30 minutes, then switches to a lower pre-set power for 90 minutes (again this level can be adjusted during this phase). After 2 hours the controller will turn off. Both the 30 and 90 minute setting are saved in the controller.
- The Eco button can be used when the unit is powered off.
- The DWPC 800 Thermal Control Plate will also recall its last setting when turned off and on again.
